Rebecca Haeberle

Rebecca came to the Tough Law Firm in March 2022 bringing a wealth of knowledge in various practices of law and has since landed the role of our Trial Paralegal. Prior to the Tough Law Firm, she worked downtown with Porter Hedges LLP in their Commercial Property & Finance Department for 5 years. While at Porter Hedges she supported several attorneys representing both lenders and borrowers in a variety of commercial financings, syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings, and real estate & construction loans.

Prior to working in biglaw, she worked for The Stinemetz Law Firm, PLLC, an international transactional law firm based in Houston and Russia with a heavy focus in the oil & gas industry consisting of international mergers and acquisitions, financing projects, corporate governance, offshore company matters, investment transactions, and technology transfers.
