Daniel Armentor

Daniel Armentor is a native Texan who joined the Tough Law Firm full-time in the Summer of 2022. Daniel has a passion for helping his clients achieve their goals & provides them with exceptional service that exceeds their expectations. He consults his clients by helping them govern the legal, financial, & managerial duties of their business. He specializes in commercial litigation, breach of contract claims, and partnership disputes. Daniel also provides Texas businesses with regulatory guidance, negotiation support, & contract drafting services, including Buy/Sell Agreements, licensing deals, real estate transactions, & general business documents. Daniel has a strong banking and financial background and previously served as a corporate trustee for a major bank in the Houston area. He has a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Houston and a JD from South Texas College of Law. When he is not working at the law firm, he enjoys spending time outdoors and with his family.
